　ちょっと目に留まった詩を和訳してみます。
　原文は以下のものです。

For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life.
But there was always some obstacle in the way,
something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business,
time still to be served, a debt to be paid.
Then life would begin.

At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.
This perspective has helped me to see there is no way to happiness.
Happiness is the way.
So treasure every moment you have and remember that time waits for no one.

Happiness is a journey, not a destination.

Dance, as though no one is watching you
Love, as though you have never been hurt before
Sing, as though no one can hear you
Work, as though you don't need the money
Live, as though heaven is on earth

僕は長い間、本当の人生はこれから始まると思っていた。

けれど、いつもそこにはいくつかの障害、
something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business,
すぐにやらなければならないこと、終わらない仕事、
time still to be served, a debt to be paid.
やりかけの仕事、返すべき借金があった。
Then life would begin.
人生はそこから始まると。

At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.
それらの障害を片付けてから僕の人生はやっと夜が明けると思っていた。
This perspective has helped me to see there is no way to happiness.
この道は僕を幸せへと導かないと気づきました。
Happiness is the way.
道こそが幸せなのだと。

So treasure every moment you have and remember that time waits for no one.
だから、どんな出来事も宝物で、何も待つことはありません。
